Cancellations, Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

This policy governs how Radhikagumber.com treats cancellation, returns, refund & exchange request by client for products purchased on www.radhikagumber.com. These terms are NOT applicable in case of purchase of products from third party (website, individual, retail store etc.)

 

Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled in full or part by emailing us on support@radhikagumber.com within 24 hours of placing order. Kindly mention your order number in email subject and provide reason for cancellation.
  2. Cancellations beyond 24 hours will not be entertained barring special circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Radhikagumber.com.
  3. A cancelled order will result in cash back to the user’s account. You can also choose if you want the refunds to be processed in a form of credit to your Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Returns

  1. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on radhikagumber.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. Hence actual product colour might slightly vary as compared to how it’s visible on your computer screen. This slight colour or layout variation will not be considered as defect, damage and product/s cannot be exchanged due to this.

 

  1. We request you to visually check the product/s immediately after the delivery for any signs of damage. If your product is ‘Damaged On Delivery’ (DOD), then kindly report it by emailing on support@radhikagumber.com within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Product/s that are not reported as DOD within 24 hours of receiving delivery will not be considered damaged and will not be eligible for return. Kindly mention your order number in subject and provide details of damage & photos. Sending image of the damaged product is mandatory. We will respond promptly to such emails.

 

  1. We accept returns only on goods sold that have Sizing issue, manufacturing defect/s or wrong product shipped. Please note that we do not accept returns for any criteria that are related to color or choice. Product/s that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear (E.g. thread stretch at the time of wearing, thread snap due to being stuck etc.) are not considered to be faulty and cannot be returned.

 

  1. For the purpose of ‘Return’ we must receive the product/s within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you.

 

  1. Please ensure that the returned product is in original condition i.e. it must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Product/s should be returned in their original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.

 

  1. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 

  1. Unidentified returns will not be accepted.

 

  1. The customer/s needs to ship the product for return, themselves. The address will be communicated once the customer sends an email for return.

Refunds

  1. You can choose if you want the refund in the form of RadhikaGumber.com cash back or processed in a form of credit to your Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

  1. We accept exchanges only on goods sold that have Sizing issue. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for any criteria that are related to color or choice.

 

  1. Please send us an email on support@radhikagumber.com mentioning the exchange due to size. We will send you a confirmation regarding the exchange and have the product picked up. Your preferred size of the same product will be delivered to you at the same time.

 

  1. Please ensure that the product to be exchanged is in original condition i.e. it must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Product/s should be returned in their original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.
