Domestic Shipping Policy
This policy governs how online orders received on www.radhikagumber.com are shipped.
- Orders are shipped worldwide from our Jaipur office.
- We use world class logistics / shipping companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. com offers absolutely free nationwide shipping on most products.
- Orders are shipped after we have received 100% payment for the ordered products and shipping.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order number. For any enquiries regarding your order, kindly email us at enquiry@Radhikagumber.com along with order number in subject line.
- Individual product page mentions approximate shipment time. In-case ordered product is readily available; it will be shipped as soon as possible.
However if the item is not readily available or are made to order & are manufactured based on custom measurements, it might take longer time. The estimated delivery time will be mentioned on the customization page. In case of any questions regarding the shipment time please email us at enquiry@Radhikagumber.com.
- Order containing different products and / or multiple pieces will be shipped together as one package. Radhikagumber.com may at its own discretion choose to break the order in multiple shipments to save time and cost.
- After placing order & before shipment, we will try and keep you informed regarding the progress of your order and approximate shipment date. For any enquiries, you can email us at enquiry@Radhikagumber.com along with your order number.
- We will send an email with shipment tracking number once the order is shipped from our end.
- Estimated Delivery time within India is 3 – 7 days after order is shipped, but may vary based on the delivery location and if customs or other clearances are required.
- In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
- If you have not received your order within specified time of shipment, then kindly use the tracking number (will be emailed by us after your order is shipped) to track your order on website of shipping company or email us at email@example.com, we will work with you to track the order and ensure delivery.
- Orders not delivered due to incorrect address or due to your unavailability to receive them will be shipped again after coordination with you. Additional shipment charges may be applicable to cover cost of reshipment. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the product shall return to origin (source).
- Any product in the customization category will not be accepted for return.
